Hey, I’m Kay and at the moment I’m a 21 year old living in DC originally from the Great Lakes region who’s female-ish, homoromantic and grey-a and looking for friends or a relationship.

I’m at university studying Russian language and literature which is my life’s passion. Next spring I’ll be headed to Petersburg and I love to talk with other Russian speakers. Although my studies sometimes seem to occupy the bulk of my waking hours, I’m also learning to play the accordion (blame that on my on and off obsession with folk and indie music) and bake whenever I have an excuse.

My other interests include excessive Wikipedia use, world history/culture, sci-fi/fantasy novels, Russian poetry, extreme-used book sale hunting, photography, cats and some fandom stuff such as Hetalia, Black Books, Parks and Rec, Adventure Time and Gravity Falls and occasionally Doctor Who or Sherlock.

Fair warning, I’m a shy introvert if there ever was one and fiercely independence but give me a bit of time and you never know.

Anyways, I’m 21, female, living in Texas. I’m kind of a nerd and when I get sucked into a fandom, that’s all I talk about for a few days. I’ve been postponing home stuck for a while now. ello ello ello. I thought I would submit to here before I chickened out. And goodness I am terrible at writing a summary about myself, but I shall try…

I’m terribly shy but I decided a couple of days ago that this will do me no good, so I am going to try to change this. I doubt I will have any luck though, but it’s worth a shot.
